Amy Sporleder - Songwriter

Born to a musical family in northern Montana, Amy grew up listening to southern gospel, country and western, and classical music. Taught at an early age to sing harmony with her sisters, they performed regionally for church events, Christian women's clubs and at retirement homes. As an early teen, she then picked up the electric bass guitar and discovered rock and roll. Amy graduated from a classical conservatory with a Music Composition degree. She spent time in Nashville, TN playing bass for various country, country/rock, CCM and R&B/gospel bands. Since moving to Atlanta, she's refocused efforts on songwriting, collaborating with outstanding local musicians.
